Namaste! I’m Veena K, a dedicated yoga practitioner and certified yoga teacher. My journey into yoga began as a personal quest for balance, healing, and self-discovery-and soon evolved into a deep and meaningful calling.

I specialize in Hatha Yoga, a powerful practice that blends physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness to align the body and mind. With focused training and hands-on experience, I aim to create a nurturing space where students of all levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired.

At Vaibhavaa, I strive to create an inclusive and uplifting environment where every student, regardless of experience feels empowered to grow at their own pace. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
